Condo Loans for Local and Foreign Buyers
Evergrowth Bank’s Condo Loan is available to both local residents and foreigners purchasing condo units in Cambodia.
Loan Terms
- Maximum loan: USD 1,000,000
- Local residents: up to 15 years
- Foreigners/Investors: up to 10 years
- Monthly rate: 0.60% – 1.00%
- LTV: 70% of purchasing price
Key Conditions
The condo unit must be fully completed before disbursement. Loan funds are disbursed directly to the seller’s bank account. Fire insurance is mandatory. Early repayment penalties: 3% within year 5, 1% from year 6 onwards.
For Foreign Buyers
Valid passport and proof of regular income required. Property registered via hypothetical registration at the Cadastral Office. All legal fees are borne by the borrower.
