Condo Loans for Local and Foreign Buyers
Cambodia’s property market continues to attract both local homebuyers and international investors. Evergrowth Bank’s Condo Loan is available to both local residents and foreigners.
Loan Terms
- Maximum loan: USD 1,000,000
- Local residents: up to 15 years
- Foreigners/Investors: up to 10 years
- Monthly rate: 0.60% – 1.00%
- LTV: 70% of purchasing price
- DSR: 60% of net income
Key Conditions
The condo unit must be fully completed before disbursement. Funds are disbursed directly to the seller’s bank account. Fire insurance is mandatory. Early repayment penalties apply: 3% within year 5, 1% from year 6 onwards.
For Foreign Buyers
Foreign buyers must provide a valid passport and proof of regular income. Property is registered via hypothetical registration at the Cadastral Office. Legal fees are borne by the borrower.
