Who Is Eligible?
Our Housing Loan is available to salary earners, micro and small entrepreneurs, and farmers with a regular income between USD 1,000 and USD 20,000 per month. The loan is designed to help you buy or build a new home on land you already own.
Loan Terms
- Maximum loan: USD 1,000,000
- Maximum term: 180 months (15 years)
- Monthly rate: 0.60% – 1.00%
- DSR: 60% of net income
- LTV: 70% of purchasing price
- Processing fee: 1% of approved loan
